Our History
Odoi Associates, Inc. was established to provide a complete range of building services at an unprecedented level of quality and customer care. When he created OAI in 1998, Ablade Odoi-Atsem already had more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry providing project management and cost control services. With his education in building technology, plus post-graduate work in finance and international business, this entrepreneur knew there was a better way to combine core services under one banner - Odoi Associates, Inc.
OAI's emphasis on complete technical and business solutions for our public and private sector clients has helped us achieve a level of success beyond the norm for a company approaching its 10th year. But extraordinary service and quality are basics in our business model. This applies not only to our clients but to our professional staff as well. We hire the best talent and we nurture their professional growth and advancement because we recognize that these are the people who make OAI's continued success possible.
